On July 17th, 1999, the second Pokémon feature, Revelation Lugia, opened in Japan. While the film as a whole has remained popular through the decade, interest in the particulars has fallen. Even when the film was new, the characters in it were enjoyed, but never gained the fanbase of successive movie exclusives.

A few fansites existed, popping up after the English release the following year, for the enigmatic Collector, Jirarudan. But as time passed, none remained. Eventually a fan club was started, under the name WareWaCollector. And just as no collection can ever be complete, we couldn't stop there.

We, the members of WareWaCollector, decided to return to those days by creating our own site, and show our interest with this fascinating character.
